Oraimo Zimbabwe Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This giveaway is organized and promoted by Oraimo Zimbabwe (“Oraimo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Eligibility

  • Open to Zimbabwean residents only, aged 18 years and above at the time of entry.

  • Employees of Oraimo Zimbabwe, its distributors, partners, agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

  • Participants must have valid and active social media accounts where applicable.

3. Giveaway Period

  • The giveaway runs from [Start Date] to [End Date] at and time in CAT.

  • Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete all entry requirements stated in the official giveaway post, which may include:

  • Following Oraimo Zimbabwe’s official social media page(s)

  • Liking, commenting, sharing, or tagging as instructed

  • Any additional actions are clearly outlined in the giveaway announcement

Incomplete, incorrect, or misleading entries will be disqualified.

5. Prizes

  • Prizes consist of Oraimo products as specified in the giveaway post.

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

  • Oraimo Zimbabwe reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

  • Winners will be selected at the sole discretion of Oraimo Zimbabwe, using criteria determined by Oraimo, which may include (but is not limited to) random selection, creativity, quality of engagement, compliance with entry requirements, or campaign objectives.

  • Oraimo Zimbabwe’s decision regarding the selection of winners is final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

  • Winners will be announced on Oraimo Zimbabwe’s official social media platforms and/or contacted via direct message (DM).

  • If a selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, Oraimo Zimbabwe reserves the right to select an alternative winner at its discretion.

7. Prize Collection

  • Winners may be required to present valid identification for verification.

  • Prizes must be collected within the timeframe communicated by Oraimo.

  • Oraimo Zimbabwe will not be responsible for prizes not collected within the specified period.

  • If the winner is unable to come and collect their prize, they should notify us within 48 hours of the announcement.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the giveaway.

  • Oraimo Zimbabwe will handle participant data responsibly and will not sell or misuse personal information.

9. Publicity

  • By participating, entrants grant Oraimo Zimbabwe the right to use their name, likeness, comments, or giveaway-related content for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. Platform Disclaimer

  • This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), or any other social media platform.

  • Participants release all such platforms from any liability related to this giveaway.

11. Disqualification

Oraimo Zimbabwe reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Uses fake, duplicate, or automated accounts

  • Engages in fraud, manipulation, or abusive behavior

  • Violates these Terms & Conditions or platform rules

12. Right to Amend or Cancel

Oraimo Zimbabwe reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, without prior notice.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By entering this giveaway, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. Oraimo Zimbabwe’s decisions are final.
