All quality-related defects in items sold directly by oraimo or our authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty, commencing from the date of purchase. We stand behind the quality of our products, ensuring that you receive the best support.

While we strive to provide top-notch service globally, please note that the limited warranty is applicable only in the country of purchase. Taking oraimo products outside their original country of purchase voids the warranty. The warranty exclusively covers original oraimo products and doesn’t apply to normal wear and tear or misuse. Rest assured, if your product fails in compliance with the instruction manual, we’ll provide a replacement free of charge.

Be aware that the warranty is not applicable in cases of serial number tampering, transportation and handling damages, incorrect electrical current or voltage, and more. Please refer to the comprehensive list provided to understand the conditions not covered by the warranty.
