Festive Frenzy Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • The promotion is open to all residents of Zimbabwe aged 18 years and above.
  • Employees of Oraimo Zimbabwe, its partners, distributors, agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Duration

  • The giveaway runs throughout the festive period, from the official launch date until the announced closing date.
  • Oraimo Zimbabwe reserves the right to extend or shorten the promotion at its discretion.

3. Participating Products
Participants must purchase any of the following products to enter the giveaway:

  • SpaceBox Pro (OBS-6821)
  • SpaceBuds (OTW-630)
  • SmartClipper 2 (OPC-CL30)

Only purchases of the listed products qualify.

4. How to Enter
To successfully enter the giveaway, customers must:

  1. Buy any participating product from an authorised Oraimo Zimbabwe retailer.
  2. Complete the official in-store entry form.
  3. Attach their original purchase receipt to the form.
  4. Send a clear picture of the completed form and receipt via WhatsApp to 0781268644.
  5. Participants must keep their receipt and entry form for verification if selected as winners.

Multiple Entries:

  • Customers may submit more than one entry.
  • Each entry must be linked to a valid purchase and a separate receipt.
  • More purchases = more entries = higher chances of winning.

5. Validity of Entries

  • Entries with incomplete information, unclear images, or missing receipts may be rejected.
  • Fraudulent entries, duplicated receipts, or tampered documents will be disqualified.

6. Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received that week.
  • Weekly draws will be conducted live on Oraimo Zimbabwe’s Facebook and TikTok pages.
  • Decisions made by Oraimo Zimbabwe regarding winners are final and not subject to dispute.

7. Prize Collection

  • Winners will be contacted via WhatsApp or phone on the number used to submit their entry.
  • Winners may be required to present their original receipt and ID for verification.
  • Failure to respond or verify within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. Prize Conditions

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
  • Oraimo Zimbabwe reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equal or greater value if necessary.

9. Publicity

  • By participating, winners agree to allow Oraimo Zimbabwe to use their names, photos, and short video clips for marketing, announcements, and promotional content without additional compensation.

10. Data Protection

  • Participant information will only be used for administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties unrelated to the promotion.

11. General Conditions

  • Oraimo Zimbabwe reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Retailers are not responsible for conducting the promotion — they only facilitate product sales and form distribution.
